Robert Friedrichs' Obituary
Robert B. Friedrichs, age 83, of King, WI, passed away Wednesday, October 4th, 2006 at the Wisconsin Veterans Home in King. He was born in Sheboygan, WI on September 23, 1923, the son of Robert and Eleanor (Mohr) Friedrichs. Robert was a veteran of WWII serving in the United States Army. He married Ione Jacobs on March 17, 1956 in Sheboygan. She preceded him in death on October 9, 2000. He is survived by Daughters: Diane (David) Schneider, Sheboygan, WI; Linda Friedrichs, Sheboygan, WI; Terry Ann (Howard) Carpenter, Sheboygan, WI; Son: Bruce (Carol) Friedrichs, Blackshear, GA; Nine Grandchildren; Nine Great Grandchildren; Sister: Maryellen Born, Sheboygan Falls, WI; Brothers: Paul (Jeanne) Friedichs, Sheboygan, WI; Tom (Marion) Friedichs, Sheboygan, WI. Robert is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and wife, Ione. A Funeral Service will be held at 1:30 PM on Wednesday, October 11th, 2006 at the Wisconsin Veterans Home - Main Chapel with Chaplain Ray Robinson officiating. Interment will be in Central Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery in the Town of Farmington, Wisconsin. A visitation will be held on Wednesday from 12:30 - 1:30 PM at the Main Chapel. The Holly Funeral Home of Waupaca assisted the family with arrangements.
