Robert M. Gitter
Coeur d’Alene, ID (Formerly of Pine River, WI)
Age 49 – died on June 20, 2011 in Coeur d’Alene, ID. He was born on March 24, 1962 in Berlin, WI, the son of James and Myrtle (Stumpner) Gitter.
Robert is survived by his mother, Myrtle Gitter of Pine River, brother; Tim (Kelly) Gitter of Green Bay, sister; Mary (Ken) Teske of Fort Myers, FL, and nieces; Hannah and Jenna Gitter of Green Bay. He is further survived by other relatives and many friends. He was preceded in death by his father; James Gitter.
Robert was a graduate of Wild Rose High School. He was a craftsman and owned his own furniture making business in Coeur d’Alene for many years. He enjoyed the outdoors, hunting, and fishing. He was a NASCAR fan, and he loved spending time with his dog, Dusty.
A Prayer Service will be held on Saturday, July 16, 2011 at 7:00 PM at the Holly Funeral Home in Poy Sippi with Karen Nesbit - Parish Director, officiating. A memorial visitation will be held from 4:00 – 7:00 PM on Saturday, July 16, 2011. The Holly Funeral Home of Poy Sippi, WI is assisting the family with arrangements.
