Robert Sanderfoot's Obituary
Robert T. Sanderfoot, age 65, of King, WI., passed away on Wednesday, January 12th, 2011 at Riverside Medical Center in Waupaca, WI. Robert was born in Appleton, WI., on October 4, 1945, a son of the late Albert and Edith (Sanders) Sanderfoot. Robert served in the U.S. Army from 1968 - 1970 in the Vietnam War and was a recipient of the Purple Heart. He was a member of American Legion Post #258 in Little Chute. He is survived by Sisters & Brother: Shirley Van Lankvelt, Kaukauna, WI; Richard Sanderfoot, Little Chute, WI; Audrey (James) Van Lankvelt, Little Chute, WI. He is further survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother-in-law, Philip Van Lankvelt, sister-in-law, Ruby Sanderfoot and two nephews, John and Tom Van Lankvelt. Funeral Services will be held at the Wisconsin Veterans Home-Main Chapel, King, WI., at 1 PM on Tuesday, January 18th, 2011. Interment will be in the Central WI Veterans Memorial Cemetery, King.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 12:00 (Noon) until the time of the service at the Main Chapel. The family would like to thank the 3rd floor staff of Ainsworth Hall, the Special Care Unit and Riverside Medical Center for their kind and compassionate care.
