Roger was generous with his knowledge and time. When I worked for him he never told me I was taking too long on a repair...he knew there was a learning factor that took time. Once you figure something out...you don't forget!

I'm so glad he got the"extra" years and was willing to use his time with illness to help others understand his disease. His attitude working on days when he felt sick has encouraged me to do the same. I'm glad I knew him.

Roger was always there to help me with my old car lock projects… once he asked me if I ever bought anything new! No… thank you Roger for your many years of service to Waupaca. God Bless You.
Roger will be missed. He was always friendly and helpful, no matter what the problem. He was also very generous with his time at the store, probably at the expense of his other employees. He was so courageous in battling cancer the past few years, when others in a similar situation would have given up. He was a good man and I am glad to have known him. May he rest in peace.
RIP Roger. You will be dearly missed by those of us you helped thru the years at True Value in Waupaca.
