I am so saddened to hear of Roger's recent passing. He was a very kind and generous person who took pride in his product and worked tirelessly at Niemuth's Steak and Chop Shop to make it a place of value for the enitre community. Besides providing all with a place to purchase or process meat, most area hunters know that he donated his services by taking in deer and processing them for the needy, in addition to the regular venison processing services. For several years, he freely provided my WRPS middle school science students with internal organs for their studies on the body systems of living organisms. Some of these students have chosen to go into the medical field because of the chance to view real hearts and lungs in school. Roger's smile and efficient manner will be missed by all who came in contact with him in Waupaca. Roger made his work his life and that made our lives better!
