Roger H. Williams' Obituary
Roger H. Williams age 78 of Wild Rose, WI passed away on October 4, 2023 after a valiant fight against multiple illnesses.
He was born and raised in Wild Rose and chose to raise his family there. Roger graduated from UWSP with a degree in Biology and spent many years as a dairy farmer on two family farms (Roseshara and Piney Breeze). Later in life he transitioned to a career in the auto industry and ultimately partnered with his son Andy to own a car dealership in Wautoma. Most recently he enjoyed being a driver for the Waushara County Dept of Aging where he again displayed his gentle and giving nature and innate desire to help others and be social. Given his love of Wild Rose Athletics, he also spent many years officiating both Junior High and High School basketball games. His big heart, benevolent smile, and generous demeanor were felt by all who met him. He was a lifelong member of the Wild Rose Presbyterian Church and held numerous positions in countless community groups.
He is survived by his wife Mary, children Casey (Kirstin) Williams, Kristin (Jim) Condon, Andy Williams, Michael (Leah) Williams, Susan (Kris) Mosing,; grandchildren Anna, Benjamin, Kaitlynn, Kyler, Kaleb, Kendall, Ryker, Quinn, Jaden, Mary , and David; great-grandchildren Mason and Hudson; honorary daughter Carina Trindade Simoes; siblings Robert (Nancy) and Graeme Williams; and many beloved nieces, nephews, and family members.
