Roman Jenschki's Obituary
Roman Frederich Jenschki, age 98, of Wild Rose, passed away Friday, December 26th, 2008. Mr. Jenschki was born in Poland, on February 24, 1910, he was the son of the late Frederich and Stephanie (Rozanski) Jenschki. Roman was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Wautoma. He served in the Polish Army and was a POW in a German War Camp for over 5 years. He came to Chicago in the 1960's and worked as an analyst of electronic components. Roman especially enjoyed singing. He sang for Catholic Mass while living in Chicago and also sang at the Wild Rose Senior Center. He is survived by a Friend: Margaret Jenks, Wild Rose. He was preceded in death by his Wife: Jane. Funeral Service will be held at Holly Funeral Home in Wild Rose at 10:30 A.M. on Wednesday, December 31st, with Father Robert Stegman officiating. Entombment of cremains will be in the Calvary Cemetery in Wautoma. Visitation will be held Wednesday from 10:00 A.M - 10:30 A.M. at the Holly Funeral Home in Wild Rose.
