Ronald "George" Harris' Obituary
Ronald “George” Harris, age 58, of Amherst Junction, WI, passed away on Saturday, September 24, 2022 at Aspirus Stevens Point Hospital. He was born on September 7, 1964 in Clintonville, WI, son of Harland and Betty (Frederickson) Harris.
Ron was a farmer in the Amherst Area for many years. He enjoyed bowling, hunting and fishing.
Ron is survived by his sister, Linda (Larry) Raddatz of Nelsonville, WI; four brothers, Leland Harris, Duane Harris and Kurt (Betty Jo) Harris all of Amherst Junction, WI and Don Harris of Wisconsin Rapids, WI; and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be on Friday, September 30th, 2022 at 11:00 am at the Nelsonville Evangelical Lutheran Church with Reverend Gretchen Anderson officiating. Burial will be the Nelsonville Cemetery in the Town of New Hope, WI. Friends may call on Thursday, September 29th, 2022 from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the Jungers-Holly Funeral Home in Amherst, WI and again, from Friday, September 30th from 10:00 am until the time of services at the church.
