Ruth E. Schweitz's Obituary
Ruth E. Schweitz age 87 of Stevens Point, formerly of Waupaca, passed away on Saturday April 16, 2011. Ruth was born on March 17, 1924 the daughter of Orlando and Agnes (Thompson) Anderson. Ruth married Edwin Schweitz on August 7, 1943.
Ruth is survived by her husband Edwin Schweitz of Stevens Point; two sons Larry (Karen) Schweitz of Burr Ridge, IL., and Paul (Martha) Schweitz of Wilmette, IL.; five grandchildren Gregory Schweitz, Helen Schweitz, Monica Schweitz, John Swendsen, and Seth; two great grandchildren Cassidy and Lindsay Swendsen.
Ruth was preceded in death by her parents Orlando Anderson and Agnes Victor.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday April 20, 2011 at 11 A.M. at the Holly Funeral Home in Waupaca. Pastor Steve Olson will officiate,burial will be held at a later date. A visitation will be held on Tuesday April 19, 2011 from 4 – 8 P.M. at the Holly Funeral Home in Waupaca and again at the funeral home on Wednesday from 10 A.M. until the time of the service at 11 A.M.
