Ruth Trader's Obituary
Ruth E. Trader, age 81, of Waupaca, WI, passed away Wednesday, June 1st, 2005 at Wisconsin Veterans Home in King, Wisconsin. She was born in Amherst, Wisconsin on January 26, 1924, the daughter of Turben and Alma (Anderson) Borgen. Ruth married Lawrence J. Trader on April 28, 1945 at St. Patrick's Catholic Church - Lanark. She is survived by Children: Karen (Louis) Graber, Maple Grove, MN; Susan (Russell) Luepnitz, West Bend, WI; Paul (Vicki) Trader, Menasha, WI; Joan (Robert) Schumacher, Buffalo Grove, IL; Lori (John) Kuczkowski, Pewaukee, WI: Twelve Grandchildren; Thirteen Great Grandchildren; Two Step Grandchildren; Five Step-Great Grandchildren; Brothers: Keith (Edna) Borgen, Amherst, WI; Lyal (Suzanne) Borgen, Amherst, WI; Howard Borgen, Amherst, WI; Richard (Beverly) Borgen, Amherst, WI; George Borgen, Amherst, WI. Sister: Ethel (Tony) Paap, Oakland, CA Ruth is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband: Lawrence J. Trader on August 22, 1997, and a brother: Gerald Borgen A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, June 4, 2005 at St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Church in Waupaca, with Reverend John Becker officiating. Interment will be in St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Cemetery in Waupaca. A visitation will be held on Friday from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the Holly Funeral Home in Waupaca and on Saturday at the church from 9:00 AM until the time of the service. A memorial has been established to the National Parkinson Foundation. The family would like to thank the staff of Wisconsin Veterans Home for their loving, expert care of their mother. The family would also like to express their deepest appreciation to Ruth's brothers, sister and friends who visited her throughout her illness.
