Sandie "Peach" Allen's Obituary
Sandie "Peach" Lee Allen, age 70 of Amherst, WI passed away on Friday, November 4, 2022 with her loving children by her side. Sandie was born on February 3, 1952 in Stevens Point, WI; daughter of the late Victor and Lorraine (Radomski) Hytry. She married Glen Allen on May 6, 1972 in Stevens Point, he preceded her in death October 18, 2004. Sandie worked at Sentry Insurance for 45 years, retiring in 2015. She enjoyed camping, watching the Brewers, spending time with her grandchildren and socializing.
Sandie is survived by her daughter, Heather (Jason) Podeszwa of Amherst, WI; sons, Jake (Kate) Allen of Mosinee, WI; Sam (Rachel) Allen of Amherst, WI; grandchildren, Elliot and Kendall Podeszwa, Hudson and Madison Allen, Westin and Cameron Allen, sisters, Kathy (Dennis) Laska, Cheryl (Gary) Evans, Lori (Gary) Downhour, Darcy (Mike) Pierce, Krista (Jay) Yenter, also many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Sandie is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Glen, brother, Michael Hytry.
Visitation Only will be held from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Wednesday, November 9, 2022 at Jungers-Holly Funeral Home in Amherst, WI. Private Graveside Services will be held at a later date.
