I'm so sorry for Shirley's passing. She was a wonderful person and I was so fortunate to have your parents and George for neighbors for many years. Shirley always had a smile on her face and always saw the positive side of everything and everybody. My children loved her! My son says his love of snicker-doodle cookies comes from Shirley because she made the best snicker-doodles! I am so thankful that Shirley and I were able to have a lengthy phone conversation a couple weeks ago. I'm sure all your special memories of her will help you through this difficult time. She was one of a kind and I feel very fortunate to have known her.

Dear Haley kids,
I'll bet it's a long time since you've been called kids but since I am Uncle Tom , I know that I can.We are so sorry to hear about Shirley but thank God that she didn't linger and suffer....We have prayed for her and will keep you all in our prayers.
