Shirley J. Smith's Obituary
Shirley Joyce Smith age 94 of Waupaca, went home to the Lord on Tuesday February 9, 2021. Shirley was born on January 26, 1927 in Milwaukee, WI to the late Lester Franz and Edith (Lewis) Geiszler.
She is survived by her children Ronald (Christine) Smith of Scottsdale, AZ, Robert (Nancy) Smith of Milwaukee, WI, Donna Smith of Waupaca, WI, Carol Pagel of Waupaca, WI, Nancy (Van) Pagel of Waupaca, WI, and Dennis (Pam) Smith of Waupaca, WI. She is also survived by 14 Grandchildren, 19 Great Grandchildren and 4 Great-Great Grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, siblings and her Dear Grandson Rex and Sweet Great Grandson Logan.
A private family service will be held with Pastor Andy Behrendt officiating. In lieu of flowers a memorial can be made to Trinity Lutheran Church of Waupaca. The Holly Funeral Home of Waupaca is assisting the family with arrangements.
The family would like to thank Park Vista and staff for taking such good care of her the past 4 years. And to the team at Thedacare hospital and Hospice care. Such kindness is heartfelt.
