Steven Schroeder's Obituary
Steven L. Schroeder, age 59, of Waupaca, WI, passed away Friday, October 6, 2006 at his residence. Steve was born in Iola, WI on April 23, 1947, the son of John & Lorraine (Jensen) Schroeder. Steve farmed in the Town of Lind for many years. Steve is survived by his Partner & Soul Mate: Gwen Dain of Waupaca; his son: Jared Schroeder of Waupaca; his step-children: Jim (Shelly) Hansen; Michelle (Mike) Reader and Chad (Jenny) Hansen all of Waupaca; his father: John Schroeder of Waupaca; his brother: John (Sandy) Schroeder of Waupaca and his sisters: Mary (Mark) Todd-Long of Independence, MO and Cheri (Ted) Nelsen of Waupaca, WI; 10 grandchildren: Bennett, Melany, Conner, EmeryAnn, Carsonleigh, Jack & Sam, Alexander, Samantha & Chad Jr.. Also surviving are two nephews, Kyle and Thomas. Steve was preceded in death by his mother, Lorraine and a granddaughter, Abigail Hansen. Funeral Service will be on Weds. Oct. 11 at 11 AM at Holly Funeral Home in Waupaca with Pastor Jeffrey Fletcher, officiating. Burial will be in the Lind Center Cemetery, Town of Lind. Visitation will be on Tuesday eve. from 5 to 8 PM at the funeral home. Holly Funeral Home of Waupaca is assisting the family with arrangements.
