Ursula E. Seeger's Obituary
Ursula Emma Seeger, age 84, of Ogdensburg, WI passed away Saturday, Aug 16, 2014 at Riverside Medical Center in Waupaca, WI. Ursula was born in Milwaukee, WI on October 1, 1929, the daughter of the late Simon and Elizabeth (Guschke) Kirsch. On February 12, 1949, Ursula married the late James Seeger in Milwaukee. She is a member of the Waupaca Christian Church. She worked at the Veteran’s Home in King for 28 years as a Dietary Aide. Ursula will be most remembered for her homemaking skills, baking, quilting and crocheting.
Ursula is survived by her 7 children, 19 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren, David (Kathy) Seeger of Waupaca their sons, Jared (Elizabeth), Justin (Kendra), their children - Claire, Ava; Jeffrey (Crystal), Jonas; Mark (Sharon) Seeger of Ogdensburg, their sons: Thomas (Bridget), their son – Dominic. Joseph (Erin) their children – Alayna & Bo; Jesse (Tasha) their children: Jack & Hank; Steven Seeger of Ogdensburg; his sons: Randy, Sean (Jaclyn) their children – Jocelyn & Adalynn; daughter: Shannon; Deborah (David)Sarna of Manawa, their son: Michael (Haley) and daughter: Dawn (Jacob) Kappelman; Jonathan(Diane) Seeger of Ogdensburg; their sons: Jake (Jean) – their children: James, Julia & Joshua; Travis (Chrissy) – their children: Taylor & Brody; Luke (Nicki) their children - Aubrie, Emrey, Cashton & Brihla; Kristine (Dennis) Douglas of Omro; their son: Charles (Jessi) their children: Morgan, Marek & Mason; Daughter: Kimberly; Son: Daniel; Kathleen (Aaron)Mock of Lakemills, WI; their son: Daxton. Also surviving are 1 sister, Patricia Seeger of Waukesha, a brother, Michael (Laurna) Seeger, Tempe, AZ and a brother-in-law – Walter (Ute) Kirsch of Albuquerque, NM. Ursula is further survived by nieces, nephews and great-nieces/nephews.
The Memorial Service will be held at Waupaca Christian Church, E2249 King Rd, Waupaca at 11am Thursday, Aug 21st, 2014 with Pastor Carl Ferguson & Steve Seeger officiating. Visitation will be at the church on Wednesday, Aug 20th from 4-8. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Ursula’s name.
