Vera L. Neidy's Obituary
Vera L. Neidy age 91 passed away on Friday January 26, 2018. Vera was born on July 30, 1926 the daughter of Alvin and Gertrude (Klopstein) Hohensee. Vera married the late Dewey Neidy on June 14, 1945 in Antigo, WI.
Vera is survived by her daughter Nancy (Gerald) Weinstock of Maple Grove, MN; her sons Michael Hohensee of Richland Center, WI and Gary Neidy Antigo, WI; her granddaughter Jennifer (Michael) Cote of Coon Rapids, MN; her great granddaughter Katherine Weinstock of St. Louis, MO, many other relatives and friends.
Vera was preceded in death by her parents Alvin and Gertrude Hohensee; her husband Dewey Neidy; her infant son Bruce; her sister Virginia Noskowiak and her brothers Bernard and Edward Hohensee.
Vera was greatly loved by her family. She gave us her lovely smile and warmed us with her hugs. She overcame much adversity in her life, and she did the best she could to help others.
A funeral service will be held on Monday January 29, 2018 at 11 A.M. at the MacArthur Hall Chapel at the WI Veterans Home in King. Chaplain Rich Engle will officiate. A visitation will be held on Monday January 29, 2018 at the MacArthur Hall Chapel from 10 A.M. until the time of the service at 11 A.M. Burial will take place at the Central Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
