Verne “Randy” Jurgella, age 74 of Waupaca, WI passed away on Saturday, November 18, 2023. He was born on October 27, 1949; son of the late Vernon Jurgella and Thelma (VanOrder) Schaefer in Stevens Point, WI. Randy married Leslie Rose Begg on January 7, 1989 in Las Vegas, NV. He enjoyed going camping and motorcycle riding.
Randy is survived by his wife Leslie Jurgella of Waupaca, WI; step-father Harry Schaefer of Manawa, WI; brother Jeff Jurgella of Menasha, WI; son Jaime (Mary) Jurgella of Menasha, WI; grandson Brady Jurgella of Menasha, WI; granddaughter Carley Jurgella of Menasha, WI; step-daughter Heidi (Carlos) Vargas of Redondo Beach, CA; grandsons Anthony Vargas of Redondo Beach, CA; Andrew Vargas of Redondo Beach, CA; step-son Erik Waack of Golden, CO; also many other relatives and friends. Randy was preceded in death by his parents and brother Neil Jurgella.
Per Randy’s wishes, no services will be held at this time. Holly Funeral Home of Waupaca, WI is assisting the family with arrangements.
