"WHAT A DIFFERENCE A GOOD MAN CAN MAKE. OUR WORLD WON'T BE THE SAME WITHOUT HIM -- BUT THE NEXT WORLD HAS GAINED ONE HECK OF A SOUL"!!! EXTENDING HEARTFELT SYMPATHY TO MRS. FOX, CATHY, CHRIS AND JOHN, THEIR FAMILIES AND FRIENDS OF WARD. MANY MANY WONDERFUL MEMORIES WERE CREATED BETWEEN OUR FAMILIES LONG AGO!! WISHING YOU PEACE IN THE DAYS AHEAD. THE HIPKE KIDS WILL NEVER FORGET MR. FOX'S INTEREST IN US, HIS HUMOR(BS), HIS LAUGH AND HIS "SMILING EYES"!!! LOVE FOR YOU ALL. GOD BLESS MR. FOX.
I was Ward's boss during those years at Filter Materials. He was a star FilMat salesman, and generated many friends in the paper industry. It's a shame that his retirement activities were hampered by health issues - both his and Joan's. I like to remember his big smile like the photo above. I pray that he is fulfilling his dreams in Heaven. John Gusmer
I was fortunate to work with Foxy for many years at Filter Materials and always enjoyed his jokes and stories. I learned a great deal from him over the years at work too. He was a very intelligent man and loved his hunting, fishing and golf! He was a great family man too an he and Joan were so much fun to be around. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. My sympathy to the family. Kathy Stellberg

Mr. Fox was my favorite and most influential high school teacher. He planted the seed that gave me the confidence to go to med school. He also was my golf coach which brought me to lifelong enjoyment of the game. Thanks Foxy. You did good!
"Mr. Fox" was my backyard neighbor with whom I often walked home for lunch. All I remember about that walk was that it was a brisk walk!! May his family have God's Peace during this time of remembrance.
Sincerely,
Ann Louise (Johnson) Thyreen
