Wayne V. Patoka's Obituary
Wayne Victor Patoka, age 70, died Friday October 29th 2021. He was born in Amherst WI to Victor and Pearl Patoka. Wayne braved through prostate cancer treatments for the last 10 years and died peacefully at home in Waupaca WI. Wayne was blessed with carpenter and wood working skills. He felt rewarded by helping people with building projects, and fixing and solving problems.
He is survived by his wife Bonnie; his daughter Karmen Patoka; his sisters Carol (Ron) Shulfer and Bonnie (Bob) Patoka; his brother Tom; nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
Wayne was preceded in death by his son Lance, parents, and grandparents.
“Per Wayne’s wishes” there will only be a private family celebration. His ashes will take one more trip to the place he loved, The Rocky Mountains of Wyoming and Montana. The Holly Funeral Home of Waupaca is assisting the family with arrangements.
