William "Bill" C. Donovan's Obituary
William C. (Bill) Donovan, age 82, of Pine River, WI, passed away on Monday, December 28th, 2020 at his residence. He was born in Appleton, WI on April 23, 1938, a son of the late William and Priscilla (Radder) Donovan.
He married Nancy L. Mack on May 13, 1967 in Neenah, WI.
Bill was an avid airplane enthusiast and a lifelong member of the EAA. He enjoyed camping and making anything with his hands. Bill was especially skilled with woodworking and was proud of the dream log home he built on the Pine River where he enjoyed his retirement on the front porch with Nancy.
Survivors include his Wife: Nancy Donovan, Pine River, WI; Children: Steven (Tricia Downing) Donovan, Denver, CO; David (Sarah) Donovan, Wrightstown, WI; Colleen (Nick) Oppor, Appleton, WI; Grandchildren: Alek Christensen, Appleton, WI; Jordan Donovan, Appleton, WI; Bryn Donovan, Wrightstown, WI; Irelynn Donovan, Wrightstown, WI; Jack Oppor, Milwaukee, WI; Max Oppor, Milwaukee, WI. He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers - Gilbert Donovan and Burton Donovan and a sister - Joan Sehr.
A Celebration of Bill's Life will be held at a later date. The family would like to extend a special Thank You to Theda Care at Home Hospice and Waushara County EMS Services for the kind and compassionate care.
