William K. Meier's Obituary
William K. Meier, age 71 of King, WI passed away on Friday, May 29, 2020 at Theda Care Medical Center in Appleton. William was born on June 29, 1948 son of the late Edward and Louise (Ortmeyer) Meier in Milwaukee. He enlisted in the United States Army on June 13, 1968 in Milwaukee and was honorable discharged on June 7, 1971 in Oakland, CA. William enjoyed watching baseball especially the Cubs.
William is survived by his cousins; Ellie Drott of Butternut, WI, Clarence (Alice) Meier of Gillett, WI, Darleen Yeske of Butternut, WI and a second cousin; Renee Drott of Butternut, WI. He is preceded in death by his brothers, James and Douglas Meier.
Graveside service will be held at a later date at Central WI Veterans Memorial Cemetery in King, WI. Holly Funeral Home of Waupaca is assisting the family with arrangements.
