William A. Schoenbeck's Obituary
William A. Schoenbeck, age 90 of King, WI passed away on Wednesday, October 9, 2024 at Wisconsin Veterans Home in King. William was born on August 13, 1934; son of the late Arthur and Louise (Radel) Schoenbeck in Baraboo, WI. On February 16, 1954, he joined the United States Army and was honorable discharged on February 15, 1957. William then became a truck driver, going through 48 states until his retirement.
William is survived by his wife, Juanita Gill-Schoenbeck of King; sons, Michael Schoenbeck of Lyndon Station; Glenn (Betsy) Schoenbeck of Lake Delton; Jay (Sue) Schoenbeck of Columbus; step-children, Jack Gill of Waupaca; George Gill of Waupaca; Beverly Schulke of Nekoosa; also several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Per William’s wishes, no services will be held at this time. Private family burial will be held at a later date. Holly Funeral Home of Waupaca is assisting the family with arrangements. The family would like to thank all the staff at WI Veterans Home and Heartland Hospice for their loving care.
