I remember my first year at a Special Touch camp. I was volunteered by my pastor's wife. I was very hesitant, but thought that I would just be doing a Gospel Magic show or two and not have to interact much. I get there and find out that I am also a counselor with a cabin full of kids. This isn't what I volunteered (was volunteered) for. Ended up also doing a Gospel Magic show daily, teaching an impromptu jugging class (even made own gear), and doing a grand finale Gospel Magic show comprised of stuff the kids wanted the see again (a good magician never does the same trick for the same audience twice - I'm not that good of a magician). Oh, I also signed up for the next year before leaving at the end of the getaway. Thank you, Charlie.
