Charlotte E. Shaffer, age 94, of Waupaca, WI, passed away on Saturday, January 13th, 2018, at her residence. She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy. She was a longtime active member of Calvary Bible Church in Neenah, where Read Obituary
I cherish the memories of our families camping together at Bear Lake and Cornell when we were young and carefree. I remember Roy's homemade cartop camper and all the fish we caught out off of Burnett Island. We learned so much about the value of relationships and just living the moment. Thanks Charlotte.
I am so sorry to hear about Aunt Char. I will miss her and her e=mails. I think of her every time I make her rhubarb dessert. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. We will see you Friday

Charlotte was a wonderful & elegant lady. We played tennis together at Palmetto Palms park. We had such fun playing together. Charlotte was indeed a very special lady.
