Another outstanding individual leaves us on earth as he joins his wife in heaven. I had the pleasure of working with Dale and Ginny at Simpson’s as a young lad. I assisted with dining room clean and set up. Then I washed dishes and finally assisted Dale with culinary assignments. I learned a lot and enjoyed many good times working alongside Dale. Always good stories and advice. Dale will be missed by us as he will be missed by so many. Rest in peace dear friend. Dave and Jan Holmes
