Amy and Family,

I am so sorry for the loss of Little Jack. Although his time with all of you was short, he left a big impression on everyone that new him. Know he will always be with you in your heart and in spirit, and that God has bigger plans for him. He was a little boy with an infectious smile, sweet eyes and AWESOME hair! He was blessed to be part of such a loving family.
