Jack Richard TeBeest's Obituary
Jack Richard TeBeest, 5 months, lost his battle with lung disease due to a life long medical condition, osteogenesis imperfecta. Jack was a very loved little boy. He enjoyed spending time with his mom and dad watching Cocomelon and being snuggled. If he didn't have his nookie in his mouth he was showing off his tongue and smiling. Jack had a huge personality and wasn't afraid to express his likes and dislikes. He loved spending time with his grandparents and aunts. His favorite times were spent in mommy and daddy's arms and being outside.
Jack is survived by his Loving Parents: Cole and Erin TeBeest, Kronenwetter, WI; Grandparents: Tom and Amy TeBeest, Waupaca, WI; Richard and Amy Rawson, Almond, WI; Aunts: Lauren TeBeest, Waupaca, WI; Macy TeBeest, Waupaca, WI; Hannah Rawson, Las Vegas, NV; Great Grandpa: John TeBeest, Waupaca, WI. Jack is preceded in death by great grandparents - Rosalie TeBeest, Gerald and Jennie Alsum, Fred and Nancy Rawson, Burnell and Maysel Christensen.
The family would like to thank the doctors and nurses at the American Family Childrens Hospital in Madison for their care and compassion during all of Jack's hospital stays. In lieu of flowers, donations should be made in Jack's honor to Ronald McDonald House Charities in Madison.
The Funeral Service will be held at Holly Funeral Home in Waupaca at 12:00 PM (Noon) on Saturday, June 4th, 2022, with Father Xavier Santiago, officiating.
