We used to say
So sorry for your loss, I worked a short time with Laura @ the WVH. She was a good nurse with keen insights into her patients, a loving, sweet and gentle soul.
I worked with Laura (Sid) and also had the enjoyment of riding with her with my husband Jeff. I mainly knew Laura through her work at REM Health of Wisconsin. I was her boss while she worked there. I appreciated her laid back attitude, gentle voice, her vast nursing skills, ability to decide what was important and what wasn't, and her unending love for family and friends. I remember when her Huge dog was missing. My daughter prayed for it and Laura told me that if her dog was being prayed for, it would come home. She called me that night to let me know her companion was home and wanted me to thank my daughter. I don't know who is receiving this message but I want you to know that Laura made a significant difference in many lives. She was a fantastic nurse and true friend. I will miss her from this day forward. I'm so sorry for your loss. Ann
