Laura L. Nelson's Obituary
Laura L. Nelson age 57 of Waupaca, passed away on Sunday November 21, 2010 at the Riverside Medical Center in Waupaca. Laura was born on April 16, 1953 the daughter of Robert and Gladys (Pils) Nelson. Laura loved Harley Davidson’s, her animals, New Orleans, and friends & family. Laura worked most of her life in the health care industry as a LPN and a RN in the HIV Therapy, Oncology, and Geriatrics Department’s. Her soft voice and caring attitude will be missed.
Laura is survived by her mother Gladys Nelson of Plover, her sister Kathryn (Fred) Forseth of Waupaca, two nephews Alex (Jody) McKelvey, and Ben Courtney, and one niece Colleen (Nick) Wenos.
Laura is preceded in death by her father Robert, and one sister Judith Courtney.
A memorial service will be held on Friday November 26, 2010 at the Holly Funeral Home in Waupaca at 5 P.M. A memorial gathering will be held from 4 P.M. until the time of the service at 5 P.M.
