I want to thank my cousin Betty Jean for letting me know that Uncle Leonard had passed away. I know he is now at peace after long years of suffering. My most vivid memories of Uncle Leonard were the days he came through Chicago to and from his military deployments. For World War II I was only a toddler, but seeing him, Aunt Jenny, and Uncle David left an impression. I want to say Uncle John was also a part of those events, but I am not sure. I have been quite a distance from all the family since the early 1960s. So I have limited memories of most of you also. Thank you for being there for Uncle Leonard.
