Always smiling.
Lynn was an amazing friend and coworker who often put the needs of others before her own. The moment she found out I was making the move from Neshkoro Elementary to Westfield Elementary she and Pat helped me move many of my things outside of school hours. She and I shared a classroom for several years at WES and made working there incredibly rewarding. She was a supportive coworker and friend at school and beyond. Lynn was known for baking cookies for her students and shared the most interesting stories and experiences. She treated my family as an extension of her own and often invited me and my children over for lunch and swimming dates. Even after she retired she stayed in contact with me and would invite me and Pat over for lunch and conversation. One of the last times I had been over to the house she insisted I try taking a motorized electric cart for a spin. I miss Lynn and will cherish all the memories. I was truly blessed to know her and call her my friend. Hugs to all of you.
Lynn was an amazing friend and coworker. She truly put the needs of others first and was very supportive both at work and beyond. When I made the move to work at Westfield Elementary from Neshkoro , Lynn made it priority to help me move all of my things over to WES. We shared a classroom together and she was just the most supportive friend I could ever be blessed to have. I loved my time working with her and Pat. She’d bake cookies for the students and had the most wonderful stories to share. Even after she retired she stayed in contact with me and always invited me over to visit. She was so welcoming and just so kind. I will miss her but will cherish all the memories. My last visit with her at her home included riding around on a motorized electric cart.
I have wonderful childhood memories from the 1950's of visiting Lynn at her parents farm in Wild Rose. I can hear the cows! My mom and Lynn's mom were cousins and great friends so we got together often in Wild Rose or Milwaukee. I was an only child so Lynn was like a sister to me. I left Milwaukee for good when I was 10 but Lynn always made an effort to stay in touch. She was a great mom, wife and a great lady. She will be missed but not forgotten.
