Cuzin Bob....deepest sympathies to you and your family. Although distance and many years away separated me from him, I have to still admit he was my favorite Uncle. He shared funny stories with me, and always spoke of the right road to take in life. He has thrived, even after losing his lifetime love and partner, Aunt Bea. I will always remember themselves as 2 people who showed everything in their lives were shared and cherished, and nothing stood in the way of that.
I fondly remember family gatherings, and his "basement pit" dinners! He was always ready to have fun with us as kids, quick to joke or wipe a tear, and so worldly to talk to as a young adult. He didn't hesitate to write back after sending him a letter. I regret I had not yet sent the last Casino chip I had to send him.
I know he is now happy to se his lovely Bea, and will be watching over the Petrusa clan, and will always be smiling until you all meet him at the end.
God bless you cumin, my prayers are with you in these hard times.
