ROSEMARIE L. CALDWELL
WAUPACA, WISCONSIN
Age 78, passed away on Friday, June 6, 2014 at Theda Clark Medical Center in Neenah, WI. She was born August 15, 1935 in the Town of Belmont, Portage Co., WI; daughter of Fred and Lillian (Breske) Butolph. Rosemarie was a member of St. Maximilian Kolbe Catholic Church in the Town of Buena Vista. She will be deeply missed by all of her loving family and friends.
Rosemarie is survived by her four children: June Holiday of Pine River, WI, George (Ann) Caldwell of Waupaca, WI, Margaret (Nick) Wozniak of Waupaca, WI, and Gloria Tankersley of Waupaca, WI; 14 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; 11 step-great-grandchildren; one brother: Duane (Connie) Butolph of Plainfield, WI; one sister: Vivian (Donald) Brewer of Washington, MO; one brother-in-law: Jimmy (Marilyn) Caldwell of IA; four sisters-in-law: Nancy Butolph of Almond, WI, Arlene Caldwell of Waupaca, WI, Linda Forseth of Pine River, WI, and Shirley (Eddie) Thompson of Pine River. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Fred and Lillian Butolph; one brother, Jerome Butolph; a son-in-law, Walter Tankersley, Jr.; two brothers-in-law, Kip Zimmerman and Sam Forseth; and her lifetime companion, Columbus “Colum” Caldwell.
A Funeral Mass will be on Wednesday, June 25, 2014 at 10:30 AM at St. Maximilian Kolbe Catholic Church, 8611 State Highway 54, between Waupaca and Plover. Father Jim Trempe will preside. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 24th, from 4:00 – 8:00 PM at the Holly Funeral Home in Waupaca and again on Wednesday from 9:30 – 10:30 AM at the church. Burial will be on Wednesday at East German Methodist Cemetery in the Town of Almond, WI. The Holly Funeral Home of Waupaca is assisting the family with arrangements.
