Candy Chapman
I had the privilege of working for Bill for many years prior to his retirement. What started as a rocky relationship developed into a mutual respect and friendship. We shared moments of crisis in our lives with respect to our respective families as our friendship grew and we became a sounding board for each other. Bill had a great sense of humor and we enjoyed many laughs together. Bill loved to golf and was always looking forward to his next round of golf. He holds a special place in my heart and always will. I will miss him. May he rest in peace.
